How to book

Below is a step-by-step guide to assist with making a booking online. Please review our Booking Conditions before making your reservation.

Booking Stay + Match Packages

1. Go to the Featured Matches page and select your preferred match.
2. Select Stay + Match package and select your check-in and check-out dates. Select your room type and number of travellers. Click Next.
3. Select your preferred Hotel. Click Next.
4. Select your preferred Ticket. Click Add to Cart.
5. Register a new AFL Event Office AFL iD account or log in to your existing account.

Placing an available package in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Packages are only added to your order after you click 'Checkout' on the shopping cart page. You will then have a total of 10 minutes to complete the check out process.

Booking Stay + Match + Fly Packages

1. Go to the Featured Matches page and select your preferred match.
2. Select Stay + Match + Fly package and select your check-in and check-out dates. Select your room type and number of travellers. Select where you are flying from. Click Next.
3. Select your preferred Hotel. Click Next.
4. Select your preferred Depart Flight. Select your preferred Return Flight Click Next.
5. Select your preferred Ticket. Click Add to Cart.
6. Register a new AFL Event Office AFL iD account or log in to your existing account.

Placing an available package in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Packages are only added to your order after you click 'Checkout' on the shopping cart page. You will then have a total of ten minutes to complete the check out process.

Checkout

Select cart from the menu to check the selected items.

1. When you are satisfied that the booking is complete, select Checkout.
2. Enter the booking contact details and select your preferred method of payment, and click Review Booking.
3. Review the booking details and select Complete Checkout to confirm the booking.

When the booking has been completed a Booking Confirmation will appear on screen with details of the booking number. An email will be sent directly to you confirming the booking details along with the booking conditions. If you do not receive the email confirmation within 2 hours, please contact the AFL Event Office sales team.
